In this project, the choice of hybrid structure, a wood bearing walls, prefabricated slabs and a ventilated façade of ceramic latticework allows for a sustainable and energy-efficient construction that not only reduces the environmental impact, and makes a very efficient buildoing, but also can establish savings at a longer-term through the reduction of operating costs.
