Upcoming Design Studio with Antonio Sanmartin. Octubre 2023.

Preparing an amazing topic for the upcoming Design Studio with Antonio Sanmartin at Arizona State University’s Herzberger Institute for Design next semester. In this studio, we aim to work on a language structures, asking CHATGPT to convert it into a specific Python code instructions to construct them. Grasshopper is creating the geometries. AI is incredibly beyond us in processing and computing, executing algorithms, writing scripts….However, we have to do our job, we have to set up the rules for AI to play. We should never confine ourselves to seeking the "correct" solution; instead, we should embrace exploration, research, taking risks, accepting failure, and even venturing into seemingly nonsensical ideas. This may lead us to innovation.
